Interbrand approached us to create imagery for a campaign for the Prysmian Group. Prysmian Group wanted to incentivize their employees, and reward them with tangible shares of the company, strengthening the engagement and loyalty of the entire workforce. They launched – YES – Your Employee Shares program.
The campaign – “Be Part of a Huge Team” required heroic, emotive imagery, emphasizing the benefits of the shares program as a solid and secure investment, boosting the perception of Prysmian Group, a multi-national company, as “One Company”. American football is synonymous with the spirit of the campaign, representing team engagement, competitive spirit, strength, and social bonding.
